I think this is the first ever review I write about a place - and most specifically about a service - but my recent experience here was beyond anything I could say, hence I am writing! To say the very least, if you google for "Friendly", a picture of the Staff should come up; from a (friendly) follow up call reminding you on your next appointment, to the (friendly) understanding when I needed to re-schedule my appointment due to personal issues, to the (friendly) check-in, (friendly) going over my treatment estimates, and finally the friendly care of the hygienist(s) and the caring (and of course friendly) hands of Dr. Welty... I used to be afraid of dentist visits, but that has certainly changed since I started coming here - and where the "family" practice has gained a new meaning for me, as I have recommended my wife as well, and she is just as impressed and amazed as I was (and still am, to this day). Wish I could give this place 6 Stars - and if Google enables it, I'll be happy to update my review.

Staff provided a level of service that you want from your medical provider. Dental assistant Elizabeth and hygienist Tina were both professional and customer service oriented. The treatment was thorough, the office looked great, and the dentist was personable! Office manager brought me in after services and asked for feedback.

Jessy was really nice. When the DDS and hygienist looked at my X Rays they were giggling and laughing. They made me very uncomfortable. The waiting room is nice and elegant. But the laughing and giggling made me feel very unwelcome.
