The facility is beautifully decorated, they have water and a Keurig in the lobby. I walked in and Hailee (front desk) was super friendly and very welcoming. The doctor was awesome, and so was my hygienist Leslie. They were great to make sure I knew what was going on the whole time and checked on me regularly to make she i was comfortable. Coming from someone who hates going to the dentist, I had a wonderful experience with these ladies.

My recent experience is worth of a five stars review, and here is why: as of this week, I had an appointment for a cleaning, but due to many factors, I ended up having to bring my baby along (and only mothers can understand how difficult it can be to handle simple tasks - such as a dentist appointment - without help). The staff was kind, friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. Leslie, in special, was awesome!! When my baby started being fussy, she did not try to hurry or pushed me out; She offered to step away (and actually did so) so that I could feed him and put him to sleep; No rush, no stress, taking OUR time so that she could eventually finish what she started literally STANDING - so I could hold my fussy-sleepy baby!! I don't think "AMAZING" can describe it enough, so not only I rate it 5 Stars, as well as I would recommend it to my friends and family (my husband is a regular LOL) and anyone reading this review. I think this is the first ever review I write about a place - and most specifically about a service - but my recent experience here was beyond anything I could say, hence I am writing! To say the very least, if you google for "Friendly", a picture of the Staff should come up; from a (friendly) follow up call reminding you on your next appointment, to the (friendly) understanding when I needed to re-schedule my appointment due to personal issues, to the (friendly) check-in, (friendly) going over my treatment estimates, and finally the friendly care of the hygienist(s) and the caring (and of course friendly) hands of Dr. Welty... I used to be afraid of dentist visits, but that has certainly changed since I started coming here - and where the "family" practice has gained a new meaning for me, as I have recommended my wife as well, and she is just as impressed and amazed as I was (and still am, to this day). Wish I could give this place 6 Stars - and if Google enables it, I'll be happy to update my review.
