This place is awesome. Let me start by saying that I am new Klein Crossing Dental. It was recommended by one of my friends. I made an afternoon appointment for 2 pm. I showed up a few minutes early for my appointment and sat in the waiting room to be called. Right at 2 pm Hailee, the receptionist, calls my name to collect my insurance information and take a picture for my chart. She was very polite and thanked me for completing the required medical forms prior to my appointment. Soon after I get pulled back by one of the dental assistants, Elizabeth. I don't know how long Elizabeth has been working as a dental assistant but she was excellent. As most of you know, going to a doctors office or dentist can cause some anxiety. Once thing I have found helpful easing my anxiety is having the assistant or provider explain to me step by step what they are doing. This is exactly what Elizabeth did. I did not have to ask her or let her know to please tell me everything she was doing. She told me her every step before doing it. To me, this means a lot. After my x-rays, I had saw the hygienist, Leslie. Leslie was also great. She taught me more in that one visit about my teeth then my previous dentist office I was with for the past 10 years. (I know now, that I had been going to the wrong place/dentist for a long time.) I cannot recall being taught in the past about where my salivary glands are and that sometimes ultra-soft toothbrushes are better for my specific teeth. Dr. Welty is was also great. She explained the images of my teeth to me and answered my questions thoroughly. I left this place feeling more than satisfied with the treatment and services.

While I can't say gong to the dentist is fun, I can say that I have always have a good dental experience at KCD.

I woke up in the night with a weird throbbing pain, called these guys later that morning & they worked me in. Again, I hadn’t gotten established with a new dentist since moving, so I was really pleasantly surprised when I was told I could be seen same day! Everyone was really nice. Office is so lovely & clean inside. For a work in/walk in, I was seen, examined (literally a full, comprehensive exam), and had my treatment plan discussed & put underway within an hour. Pretty prompt if you ask me. Not that you want to be in my situation (jeez, I don’t even want to be in my situation), but these guys are really nice & take the time to explain literally everything to you. So welcoming, so kind. These are the people you need when you’re in duress. I’m glad I found my new dentist!

This place is awesome! They had a super clean place, friendly staff, easy parking, no waiting past your scheduled time, explained options and they were very good about giving you a quote before they did anything so it wasn’t a shock when you got to the front desk.
