I usually stay away from any doctors office and that’s probably why I earned myself a painful visit here. I was in a position where I absolutely had to go to the dentist. I called in on a Monday morning and told them I was in serious pain and was seen very quickly. I was assessed, given options and given proper guidance. From start to finish, the front desk staff, the assistant and Dr. Welty were exceptional! Communication was perfect and detailed. Dr. Welty and her team are incredible! I have had a hip replacement, which requires me to take prophylactic antibiotics prior to dental procedures. The team seamlessly coordinated my appointments so I was able to have cleaning, xrays, and a replacement crown all done same day. While I was there, the crown milling machine was not cooperating. Dr. Welty and her team had a plan B in place and also called the machine representative on-site to fix the issue immediately. The team made sure I was comfortable through the entire process, making a potentially painful experience simply a minor inconvenience. Thankfully, all worked out according to our original plan, but I would have been comfortable with either option. Thank you Klein Crossing Dental for always taking care of me!
