I have been going to this dentist for years...NEVER MISSING AN APPOINTMENT. On Nov 1st, the office called to confirm my semiannual appointment for a cleaning, which was schedule last year, I had to reschedule due to a conflict. The office rescheduled my appointment from the Nov 15th to Nov 10th. Despite me just talking with them to change this appointment they called me numerous times to confirm, which I commented on last time I was at the office because even when you confirm they still call to reconfirm…and reconfirm...reconfirm... So, I showed up for my appointment at 2pm on Nov 10th. So, I took off work, drove to the office and was told they canceled my appointment, because they could not confirm. How many times have I NOT SHOWED? And by the way don't they charge for NO SHOWS...should I be paid then for the time I took off work and the gas it took to drive there? OH, but wait it is a double standard...because your time is more valuable, right or it cost the practice money for no shows, right? What about my time and the cost for me? NEEDLESS TO SAY - NEVER WILL I SEE THESE FOLKS AGAIN!

I have found the best Dental Hygienist in town Rebecca. She was very polite, explained the process in details, she cleaned my teeth one by one made sure that each was done with care.

The hygienists are always kind, gentle, and easy to talk to when their fingers aren’t in your mouth! The dentist is always kind and willing to answer questions. I'm always amazed at how this team tops themselves every time I go in for my check-up. A special shout out to Rebecca who is amazing. My teeth were so white when I left after my cleaning that I'm considering drinking my coffee from a straw! Probably not, but at least I know she can get them back in shape in a few months. I usually stay away from any doctors office and that’s probably why I earned myself a painful visit here. I was in a position where I absolutely had to go to the dentist. I called in on a Monday morning and told them I was in serious pain and was seen very quickly. I was assessed, given options and given proper guidance. From start to finish, the front desk staff, the assistant and Dr. Welty were exceptional! Communication was perfect and detailed. I couldn’t have picked a better place to trust with my teeth AND my time. They are highly recommended!
