I could not have been more pleased with the professionalism of every staff member who assisted me to plan and prepare for my first appointment with Dr. Welty and my dental hygienist, Cindy, and during the appointment with the analysis of the treatment needed and provided. The procedures, the process of treatment from the x-rays to the work required to address dental issues found during the cleaning, the preparation of a dental plan, the actual extensive treatment done with no delay, and the preparation for future treatment plans for further treatment were managed and completed efficiently by a team that performed beautifully on every level of care. I had no pain at any time and the equipment used was truly state of the art. Crowns are made at a lab on site and installed the same day instead of the more traditional method that requires a temporary crown and intervening weeks until the new crown is made and delivered to the dentist. I have never relaxed through a dental appointment but at Klein Crossing I look forward to my second and future appointments because I am confident the care and work provided will be done with confidence and knowledge and skill unparalleled in my previous.dental care experiences.
