This was my first experience with Klein Crossing Dental. I was a little hesitant to come in since my previous experiences with other dental groups was not pleasant, I had lost faith that I'd ever get the care I needed. But Klein Crossing Dental totally wiped away that doubt. From the moment you step in you are greeted by a very welcoming and attentive staff. I was checked in right away and within 5 minutes my hygienist took me into the back. Never in my life have I seen a more competent and efficient hygienist. She was so sweet and gentle and really knew what she was doing. She was able to identify problem areas in my mouth and knew what to do to treat them. I was really impressed. Dr. Welty was also very nice and answered all my questions that I had. One thing I track when going to a clinic is the way I am talked to and treated by staff and doctors and I can say with full confidence that the way Klein Dental Crossing treated me was with respect and dignity. I am so happy with my treatment and will definitely come back!
