Very clean and inviting waiting room with chilled water, room temperature water, (Keurig coffee/many good choices). The waiting room has a variety of VERY comfortable furnishings. This place is very impressively appointed with beautiful lighting fixtures, colors on the walls, and beautifully etched glass. In the exam area are digital x-rays, state of the art equipment, sunglasses to shield your eyes from the doctor's exam light, and Nitrous oxide is available to ease your anxieties. If you require a root canal, they make your permanent crown in house. No molds are used to make impressions for your permanent crown because a digital camera scans your mouth beforehand and the permanent crown is made in under 20 minutes! Other dentists make you come back a few weeks later to install a permanent crown! Also, while you wait you can watch Netflix for free on their high definition screens in every room! The one thing they could have thought more about is better seating for someone accompanying you in the exam area. Also, this dentist doesn't use intravenous drugs for any procedure and you really want to be in a hospital setting for heavy intravenous sedation (in my opinion). The flow through the building is well thought out. The staff is always extremely friendly and will promptly find the answers to any questions you may have. This is the most comfortable and pleasant dentist practice I've ever seen. I am extremely pleased with my experience - Thanks to everyone at Klein Crossing Dental!!

Love the comfort and look of the new location. Very open and beautiful decor! Staff was very organized and our appointment was right on time - no waiting😀! Very thorough exam and attention to detail. Staff was very clear or upfront on patient and/or insurance coverage. 5 Star experience all the way!!

I was unable to get a cleaning appointment before my insurance ended in June. The front office called me, as requested, when a cancellation opened up and they squeezed me in. On my first visit, I was made to feel right at home.

I moved here over a year ago and haven't found a dentist office that I felt good about going to. I was referred to Klein Crossing Dental and it was by far the best dental experience I have experienced. I called to make a new patient appointment and was not able to get on the schedule until August but was informed I would be on the wait list if there was a cancellation. The next day they called me and I was able to get in within the hour. The staff is so friendly, helpful and informative. I was very impressed with the 3-D technology they used. The dental hygienist was absolutely wonderful and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend Klein Crossing Dental to all. You won't be disappointed!
