When I went in I was nervous about my payment options, but Amber, the treatment coordinator, was very helpful in providing me with information about programs that could help me and provided me with estimates for dental work up front. I also wasn't sure what to expect for my first appointment. I was expecting just a consultation, but they scheduled time for me to get my xrays, cleaning, and consultation in one sitting. I was surprised by that and it was very convenient. Gretchen, the dental assistant, was very kind and made getting the xrays less uncomfortable. My hygienist Maria was very friendly and extremely knowledgable and answered every question I had. Overall the experience was pleasant and I don't feel as nervous about going to the dentist as I did before.
