So, this story starts at another dentist office. One I will be leaving a negative review for soon. So, at this other office, I had a crown put back in because it fell out on a Friday night and Klein Crossing Dental (KCD) was closed on Saturday. So, I went to this other office and they got me in to put my crown back in. All was fine initially, but then when the dentist was trying to up change me, and the assistant ended up doing the PERMANENT PROCEDURE of putting the crown in, I should have known this was not the place. The crown didn't feel right when I left, but the assistant kept telling me it will feel better in a couple hours. It did not. I was scared I was going to have to live with this in to perpetuity. Then, I called my previous dentist office, KCD. They were in my network again! They could see me on Monday! I was elated, because we are going out of town Tuesday. Dr. Welts looked at my xrays, looked in my mouth, and 10 minutes later I was good! My tooth no longer felt high and the pain was gone! I highly recommend KCD! The doctor, the front staff, and the people working the back care! (Shout out Gary!) are all amazing and truly care about our dental health, not making a cheap buck with an unnecessary upcharge. Me and my family will exclusively be going to KCD, and you should too!

We be changed dentists strictly because of b location. Dr Welty was recommended by a friend in the area and this office is definitely 5 stars. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was excellent.
