I am a new patient to Dr. Welty and her staff. I was first greeted by Gretchen at reception with a warm welcome and was brought back to the exam room on time for my appointment. When does that happen?? I was impressed. Maria did an excellent job on my cleaning, working fast and diligently. Dr. Welty is fantastic. She is precise, gentle and obviously cares about her patient's experiences. Her offices are meticulously clean and well organized. I had to go back to replace fillings from my childhood and she made sure I knew everything thing that was going on/about to happen. This practice is run like a well oiled machine and I highly recommend Klein Crossing if you want to be well taken care of and in/out on time.
