It is always a bit concerning having to choose a new dentist. The one I was using for 20 years retired. After doing research of dentist in the area and assuring my insurance was accepted, I believed Klein Crossing was a safe gamble. My first visit, Dec 4, 2019: I was impressed with not having to do any paperwork other than what I already did on-line before my visit. I got there ten minutes early, checked in, and started work on me immediately. Before doing any work, they clearly showed prices of work and expected insurance coverage. Doc and the staff were great, very kind and thorough. Both doc and hygienist were knowledgeable and educated me on a few things I did not know. I did have some additional work that needed to be done with a filling/bonding, it looks and feels good, I assume it will hold up. From this first visit, I give them a “thumbs up. Second visit this week, June 9, 2020, amongst challenging Covid times; also a good visit. The team is taking extra precautions such any person should feel comfortable going to them for dental work. Cleaning met expectations.
