Today was my first time visiting the Klein Crossing Dental office and from the time I walked through the door, I was greeted by Caila, "Hello Mr. Mitchell, welcome to Klein Crossing Dental.... ' They conducted a dental exam and educated me throughout the entire process. Everything was shown to me on computer monitors and I trusted their recommendations. I received a dental cleansing, laser treatment, X-ray, and ultimately, I got two fillings replaced. I'd like to thank the entire staff which encountered me: Leslie, Lynsey, Amber, Hailee, Maria, and of course, I can't forget Dr. Welty! If you are reading this and wondering whether this may be the place for all your dental needs... I'm here to tell you that this is a great atmosphere, clean, quiet, and full of experienced personnel ****I wanted to add to my previous review. Yesterday, I visited Dr. Welty and Team... as always, it was a warm welcoming. It’s never a good feeling to hear bad news about the health of your teeth. That being said, I truly appreciate how transparent everyone was throughout the process. They made sure I was well-informed and able to make my own decisions, based on their findings and recommendations. I will be following up with them to have the recommended treatments performed. In my opinion, the prices are very competitive and fair. I’d highly recommend this business!
