Klein Crossing Dental saved me from a crisis. I was on my way to my son’s wedding and my cap fell out. I was inwardly panicking. I was going to be away a week in a remote location 3 hours away. Dr Melissa and Elizabeth did an excellent job to patch me up till I could come back. I was thankful for their kindness and expertise. I just started with Klein Dental Crossing and it is an office where all are friendly and accommodating. The office/ facilities are beautiful and clean. All explain info thoroughly and clear. I had such a wonderful experience! The entire staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Elisabeth was especially amazing! She checked on me throughout my appointment and made sure I was okay and if I needed anything. That kind of attentiveness really makes a difference. Dr. Welty is also fantastic at what she does. She is extremely skilled, patient, and takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable and informed. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and the quality of her work. Overall, such an amazing staff and excellent service. I highly recommend them!
